1. Services

Rouddy.com (referred to as "Company") provides website services to customers (referred to as "Customer") in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below. These services include the creation and maintenance of websites for Customer's businesses.

2. Ownership

Customer acknowledges that the websites created by Company, including all content, design elements, and intellectual property, shall remain the property of Company at all times. Customer shall have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the websites solely for their business purposes during the term of their subscription.

3. Subscription and Payment

Customer agrees to pay Company a monthly subscription fee for the website services provided. The minimum subscription period for new customers is three (3) months. After the initial three-month period, Customer may cancel the subscription at any time, but each subscription cycle started will be due. Customer must send an email to Company to stop the subscription. If Customer cancels the service within the initial three-month period, they will be required to pay the subscription fee for the full three months at the time of cancellation.

4. Termination

Customer may terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Company. Upon termination, Customer's access to the websites and all associated information will be terminated. Company may terminate this Agreement immediately if Customer fails to pay the subscription fee or breaches any other provision of this Agreement.

5. Revisions

Customer is entitled to three (3) revisions of the website during the term of this Agreement. Additional revisions beyond the three allotted revisions will be subject to additional charges as determined by Company.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

1. Servicios Rouddy.com (en adelante "la Compañía") proporciona servicios de sitio web a clientes (en adelante "el Cliente") de acuerdo con los términos y condiciones que se describen a continuación. Estos servicios incluyen la creación y mantenimiento de sitios web para los negocios del Cliente.
2. Propiedad El Cliente reconoce que los sitios web creados por la Compañía, incluido todo el contenido, elementos de diseño y propiedad intelectual, seguirán siendo propiedad de la Compañía en todo momento. El Cliente tendrá un derecho limitado, no exclusivo y no transferible para usar los sitios web únicamente para sus fines comerciales durante el plazo de su suscripción.
3. Suscripción y Pago El Cliente acepta pagar a la Compañía una tarifa de suscripción mensual por los servicios de sitio web proporcionados. El período de suscripción mínimo para los nuevos clientes es de tres (3) meses. Después del período inicial de tres meses, el Cliente puede cancelar la suscripción en cualquier momento, pero cada ciclo de suscripción iniciado vencerá. El Cliente debe enviar un correo electrónico a la Compañía para detener la suscripción. Si el Cliente cancela el servicio dentro del período inicial de tres meses, deberá pagar la tarifa de suscripción por los tres meses completos en el momento de la cancelación.
4. Terminación El Cliente puede terminar este Acuerdo en cualquier momento mediante notificación por escrito a la Compañía. Al término, el acceso del Cliente a los sitios web y toda la información asociada se terminará. La Compañía puede terminar este Acuerdo de inmediato si el Cliente no paga la tarifa de suscripción o incumple cualquier otra disposición de este Acuerdo.
5. Revisiones El Cliente tiene derecho a tres (3) revisiones del sitio web durante el plazo de este Acuerdo. Las revisiones adicionales más allá de las tres revisiones asignadas estarán sujetas a cargos adicionales según lo determine la Compañía.
6. Ley Aplicable Este Acuerdo se regirá e interpretará de acuerdo con las leyes del Estado de Florida.
7. Acuerdo Completo Este Acuerdo constituye el acuerdo completo entre las partes con respecto al tema del mismo y sustituye a todos los acuerdos y entendimientos anteriores y contemporáneos, ya sean escritos u orales.
